We use personally identifiable information you provide to us, directly or via third party login (see Integration with third-party services), that may be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

You can manage (delete, add, modify) most of your personally identifiable information yourself. If this is not the case, you can contact us via email at admin@fork.ke.

Some of the data is optionally publibly accessible. You can manage your preferences under User settings -> Profile when logged in.

Usage data

We collect usage data, such as IP address, user agent strings and pages you visit; for the purpose of improving our services and troubleshooting erros. These are automatically deleted after maximum 30 days according to GDPR guidelines.

Cookies

We may use Cookies to provide functionality to our service, such as keeping you logged in, preferred language. These are stored on your browser and can are managed by yourself. The cookies automatically expire after a maximum of 30 days.

Sharing with third-partys

We don't share your data with any third-party, unless explicit consent given or legally required. This can be the case with the usage of the API and/or Oauth; or to comply with a legal obligation.

Contribution data

The information you contribute to a project is under the conditions of their respective LICENSE.

Data deletion

You can request your data to be deleted by deleting your account under User settings -> Account when logged in. Alternatively you can send an email to admin@fork.ke. The data will be deleted in maximum 30 days, according to GDPR.
