Summary
We need to create a code of conduct that aligns with our morals about how the software should be used and developed.
Purpose
This will not only help prevent incidents regarding misuse of the software, but also prevent people from being removed from the dev team based only on vibes or personal drama.
Do you want to implement this feature yourself?
I think instead of a single person deciding if a person stays or goes from the team it should be a majority but only if the conduct is broken in some way that way we can hopefully better prevent false positives and other things. Also I do think a strike system would be helpful unless what is does is really bad.
