Summary

Right now we have mute, and block for people (its not clear what each does)
Same with word mutes and hard word mutes. The UI doesnt explain it at all.
The others are pretty clear but still maybe could use some words to clear them up

Purpose

Often people ask whats the difference between all these things so clearing these up would be great

Yes, I will implement this by myself and send a pull request
