Summary

Often cws like MH-, PH+ or others are used. People new to fedi might be confused as to what they mean. Hovering over them should show a description of what they might mean like hovering over MH shows "MH- is short for negative mental health" or something like that. Also have it so instance admins can add custom shorthand explanations since some instances may have different ones

To make it easier to understand what CW's mean
